- 05The High Court of AletheiaConstitutional review, administrative review, and maritime and commercial disputes.Status: Proposed
- 06Office of the Auditor-GeneralAudits public spending and publishes verifiable proofs against the public ledger.Status: Proposed
- 07Aletheia Monetary AuthorityIssues the Aletheian Guilder (AEY) under published reserve rules, overseen by a Monetary Board.Status: Proposed
- 08Treasury and Public FinanceBudgets, receipts and expenditure, kept separate from monetary issuance.Status: Proposed
- 09Electoral CommissionWill organise and certify elections to the Assembly and the State Councils.Status: Proposed
